Hotels: customers are responsible for leaving bags with the hotel concierge by the collection time. If bags are not ready, the customer will make alternative arrangements.
Apartments: you will need to be available to handover your bags to HoldLess by the start of your collection window.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they turn up to the airport with enough time to collect bags from HoldLess and make their flight.
Where there is evidence HoldLess has lost or damaged a bag, it will provide insurance of up to £1,500 per bag.
HoldLess does not take responsibility for claims of missing or damaged contents. Customers are recomended to take out their own contents insurance for any particularly valuable items.
The service must be booked at least 24 hours before your hotel / apartment checkout time.
