Key service features
Hotels: bags delivered to your hotel within 4 hours of being handed over to HoldLess. Any delays will be communicated by email / text.
Apartments: bags delivered to your apartment (during the selected delivery window). If you are not available to recieve your bags, you will need to book another delivery window (you will be charged an additional delviery fee).
Where there is evidence HoldLess has lost or damaged a bag, it will provide insurance coverage of up to £1,500 per bag.
HoldLess does not take responsibility for claims of missing or damaged contents. Customers are recomended to take out their own contents insurance for any particularly valuable items.
The service must be booked at least 24 hours before your flight's departure time.
